That puts interviews as low as €1 per text conversation and €3 per voice. Prefer no subscription? Pay as you go at €2.00 per credit, or buy a one-time credit pack from €100 (€1.82 down to €1.33 per credit). You are never tied to a subscription: pay only for the research you actually run. Plans differ in **credit volume** and **team features**: Pro adds a team workspace with a shared credit pool; Scale adds multiple team workspaces, invoicing and SEPA billing, and a team onboarding session. The API and MCP connector are available on every plan, including a free account. Go to **Dashboard** → **Profile** → **Billing**\n2. Click **Cancel Subscription** or access the Stripe billing portal\n3. Your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing period\n4. After that, you revert to the Free plan\n\n### Moving Down a Tier\n1. Access the Stripe billing portal from **Dashboard** → **Profile** → **Billing**\n2. Select the lower plan\n3. The change takes effect at the **end of your current billing period**\n4. You retain full access until then\n\n### What Happens to Your Data on Downgrade\n\n**Nothing is deleted.** All your data is preserved:\n\n- ✅ All studies remain intact and accessible (on the Free account one study stays active at a time; paid plans lift that limit)\n- ✅ All interview transcripts and responses are kept\n- ✅ Reports remain accessible\n- ✅ Settings and configurations are preserved\n\nDowngrading mainly affects your monthly credit allocation and team features (the team workspace comes with Pro and Scale). The API and MCP connector stay available on every plan, and outbound webhooks are not available on any plan yet.
