How to Build a Customer Research Panel: The 2026 Playbook

A step-by-step playbook for building a first-party customer research panel — recruit, qualify, engage, and keep it healthy — plus how AI-moderated interviews let a small team run continuous research against the panel without burning out.

If either metric slips, you are usually over-surveying (cut the cadence) or under-engaging (close more loops, refresh incentives) — not necessarily short on members.
