Simple, transparent pricing

Each plan comes with a set number of included conversations. Free gets 5, Starter gets 20 for €99, Growth gets 100 for €299, and Scale gets 500 for €999. If you need more, additional conversations are available at a per-conversation rate that decreases with higher plans. Importantly, you're only charged for conversations that score 3 or above on our quality scale — low-quality or abandoned sessions are always free.

A conversation is a complete interview session with one participant. After each conversation, our AI scores it from 1 to 5 based on relevance to your research goals, depth of insights, and coverage of your key questions. Only conversations scoring 3 or higher count toward your plan. Abandoned, off-topic, or shallow sessions (scoring 1–2) are not charged.

After every conversation, Koji's AI evaluates it across three dimensions: Relevance (how closely it addresses your research goals), Depth (whether the respondent gave substantive answers), and Coverage (how many of your key questions were discussed). These combine into an overall score from 1 to 5. You can see the score, breakdown, and rationale for every conversation in your dashboard. Only scores of 3 and above are billable.

Yes! Our Free forever plan includes 5 quality conversations at no cost — and remember, low-quality conversations are never charged. It's a great way to experience AI-moderated research. Need more? Enable pay-as-you-go to unlock additional conversations at €5 each, or upgrade to a paid plan for better rates and more features.

Every plan lets you go beyond your included conversations with pay-as-you-go pricing. Rates vary by plan: €5/conversation on Free, €4 on Starter, €3 on Growth, and €2 on Scale. The more you grow, the better your rate. You can also set a spending cap in your billing settings to stay in control.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your billing page. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For Scale plans, we can arrange invoicing and purchase orders — contact us for details.

Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. In the meantime, all plans are billed monthly. Contact us if you need a custom annual arrangement for your team.
