Validate AI-drafted requirements in Koji
Six steps from draft to verdict table
A six-step setup for business analysts who want stakeholders to rule on each requirement in an AI-drafted specification. It starts from the Stakeholder Requirements Gathering template, puts each requirement into a single choice question and ends with a count of verdicts per requirement. Text interviews work on every Koji plan.

- Start from the template: Pick Stakeholder Requirements Gathering in the Business Analysts templates.
- Rewrite the brief: State the validation question and the sign-off decision it feeds.
- Upload the draft: Add the draft and its sources as context files for sharper follow-ups.
- One question per requirement: Single choice with four answers, with the requirement text in the question.
- Add a gap question, then preview: Ask what is missing. Preview it yourself first: previews are not counted.
- Invite and read the verdicts: Share the link by stakeholder group, then read the counts and quotes.
