Framework

The four dimensions of campus climate

What a campus climate survey should measure, following NASPA's definition

The four overlapping dimensions NASPA uses to define campus climate: what people experience, how they perceive belonging and safety, who is represented, and the institution's history. Use it to check that a campus climate survey covers all four before launch. Koji can run the survey as an anonymous AI interview so the scales come with the stories behind them.
