Matrix
Concept mapping go-zone: importance and feasibility
Sort every rated statement into four zones for action

A two-by-two matrix for reading group concept mapping ratings in a programme review. Statements rated above average for both importance and feasibility fall in the go-zone and make the first actions, while important but hard items become long-term goals. Programme teams can use it to turn a concept map into an action plan. Koji can test the go-zone statements with the whole cohort through AI interviews.
What's in this matrix
Vertical axis: Importance (Low to High). Horizontal axis: Feasibility (Hard to Doable).
- Long-term goals (High importance, Hard feasibility): Important but hard to do. Plan these across review cycles and name who owns them.
- Go-zone (High importance, Doable feasibility): Important and doable. Start the action plan here.
- Leave for now (Low importance, Hard feasibility): Neither important nor easy. Record them and move on.
- Easy extras (Low importance, Doable feasibility): Doable but less important. Fine to do if they cost little, but they are not priorities.
