Checklist
First customer interview checklist: 10 signs it went well

A ten-point checklist for scoring your first customer interview as soon as the call ends. It covers how much the participant talked, the quotes and past behaviors you captured, whether you held back the pitch, the probes and close you used, and how quickly you wrote the debrief. Six out of ten is a good first run. Koji also gives every AI-moderated interview a quality rating, so you can see which conversations went deep.
