Is your pre-launch price ready to publish?
Three questions before the price goes on the page

A three-question check for a founder who has run a price test before launch. It asks whether the revenue peak sits inside the prices you tested, whether the reasons at the peak come from the buyer you want, and whether any of the people who said yes will back it with a deposit. A no sends you back to widen the price list, tighten the screener or lower the price.

What's in this flowchart
Start: You have a price test result
- Does the revenue peak sit inside your prices?
- Yes: go to 2.
- No: Widen the price list. Add higher prices and run 10 to 15 more conversations. Then go to 2.
- Do the reasons at the peak come from your buyer?
- Yes: go to 3.
- No: Tighten the screener, then rerun. Keep out people who were never going to buy.
- Do some of the yes people back it with a deposit?
- Yes: go to 4.
- No: Lower the price or revisit the buyer.
- Pick that price. Keep a second price within 10% of the peak to test against.
- Finish: Publish the price, then revisit it. Look again after your first 20 customers.
