Question bank

JTBD switch interview questions by force

Question bank of eight Jobs to Be Done switch interview questions, two for each force: push, pull, anxiety and habit.
Two questions for each of the four forces. Ask them about one real switch, not switching in general

Eight open questions for a Jobs to Be Done switch interview, grouped by the four forces of progress: the push of the current situation, the pull of the new solution, anxiety about the change and the habit of the present. Use them with recent switchers, ideally within 90 days of the decision, and code the answers for the same four forces.
