Redesign before-and-after interview questions
Nine interview questions for measuring a redesign before and after it ships, including the two UMUX-Lite agreement items and a task ease rating, plus open questions about the last real use. Ask the same questions in both rounds and add the round 2 question only after launch. Paste them into Koji as scale and open questions to get each score with its reason.
