A survey reminder sequence across three channels
A four-step reminder plan for surveys that uses email, an in-app banner and SMS in turn over one week, ending with a deadline. It suits customer surveys where a single email gets read once and deleted. Send each reminder only to people who have not answered, and stop after three touchpoints. Koji gives every participant a personal interview link, so the same plan works for an AI interview.

- Day 2: in-app banner: Show a reminder in the product to people who have not answered yet.
- Day 4: SMS reminder: Keep it short, with only the survey link.
- Day 7: final email: One last reminder, with the deadline.
