Why is your survey response rate low?
A diagnostic checklist for a survey that gets fewer answers than its channel benchmark. The eight checks run from the highest impact fix (cut the survey to five questions) to the lowest, covering timing, the invite, the sender, reminders, closing the loop and mobile layout. Go through it in order before your next send. The last step suggests testing a short AI-moderated interview in Koji in place of a static form.

- Rewrite a generic invite so it says why you are asking
- Send it from a real person, not a noreply address
- Add SMS or in-app reminders to email
- Tell people what changed because of their last answers
- Test it on a phone and fix the layout
- Try a short AI interview in place of a static form
