What a THE-ICE panel looks at, and the student, alumni and industry feedback that answers it
A checklist for tourism, hospitality, events and culinary programmes preparing a THE-ICE accreditation or re-accreditation. Each row pairs an area the review looks at with the course, alumni or industry feedback that supports it, and the Koji output that produces it. Quality managers can use it to plan evidence a year before the site audit.
