What to pack before you send a probe kit to participants
A ten-point checklist for building a cultural probe or design probe kit. It covers the welcome letter, the mix of tasks such as postcards, a camera shot list, a map and a short diary, consent for photos, and the return and check-in plan. - A clear return date and a prepaid envelope or upload link
- A plan to check in during the first week
