What a decision-ready persona needs
A short checklist for finishing a user persona so a product manager, designer or engineer can use it without a briefing. Each persona gets a name and summary, 3 to 5 jobs to be done in the user's words, 3 to 5 frustrations with quotes, a line on the bias it can introduce and one real scenario. Anything decorative can go.

- 3 to 5 frustrations, each with a verbatim quote
- A watch-out line: the bias this persona brings if treated as universal
- At least one scenario of them using, or failing to use, the product
