Reference table
Lyssna vs Optimal Workshop vs Koji compared
A side-by-side table of Lyssna and Optimal Workshop, two unmoderated UX testing tools, and Koji, an AI interviewer. It is for designers, UX researchers and product teams choosing a tool for card sorting, tree testing and design tests, and deciding whether they also need interviews. Rows cover what each tool is best known for, its methods, free option, billing, plan limits and where participants come from. Koji adds the interviews that explain why people clicked where they did.
