Probes to ask after a course evaluation rating

Follow-up questions that explain a score and show how students read the item

A bank of six follow-up probes to ask straight after a course evaluation rating, grouped as category-selection, comprehension and specific probes from web probing research. It is for quality officers who want to know why a score moved and whether students read the item as intended. Use two or three probes on decision items only. Koji asks a follow-up anchored to each student's own score.
