Question bank

Questions to rank customer problems

An interview bank for founders choosing what to build first

Question bank with nine questions in three parts for ranking customer problems: hear the story, rank the pains, and check the commitment.
Save this list for your next round. Change the options, keep the order of the questions.

Nine questions in three sections that founders can reuse when they need to choose between several customer pains. Start with a real story, move to a shuffled top-three pick with a reason, then ask what the pain costs and what people already tried. Use the open questions first, in the same interview.
