The three-touch confirmation sequence for research sessions
A three-step confirmation sequence for scheduled user research sessions. Send a personal confirmation right after booking with the time zone, meeting link and a way to reschedule, a short reminder 48 hours before, and a final text or calendar nudge one to two hours before the start.
