Four moments to trigger an in-app interview
Four points in a mobile app where a short research interview gets the clearest answers: right after onboarding, right after a purchase, after a user goes quiet for 14 days and the first time someone uses a feature. Each comes with an opening question you can adapt. Timing matters because memories fade fast. A Koji interview link can be placed in the app at each of these moments.
