A 30-day plan to evaluate user interview software
A four-week plan for comparing two shortlisted user interview platforms side by side. Week one sets up the same brief in both, week two runs ten interviews on each and scores the AI's follow-up questions, week three times the analysis and reporting, and week four tests integrations and models a year of cost at your volume. It works for any shortlist, Koji included.

- Week 1: Brief design and setup: Design the same research brief in both tools. Note the time and how much the AI helped.
- Week 2: Live interviews: Run 10 interviews per platform with similar people. Score probing quality on 3 random ones.
- Week 3: Analysis: Surface 5 key themes in each tool and time how long a stakeholder-ready report takes.
- Week 4: Stack integration: Get results into Slack, try the API and LLM integrations and model 12 months of cost.
