The three categories of user interview software

User interview software falls into three categories that solve different problems. AI moderator platforms such as Koji conduct the interview and synthesize themes. Recruitment marketplaces such as Respondent and User Interviews supply participants for interviews you run. Research repositories such as Dovetail and Marvin store and analyze interviews you have already done. Many mature teams use one of each.
