Checklist for AI-moderated interview questions
Eight checks for writing interview questions that work when an AI interviewer asks them and nobody can reword them live. Each question should cover one topic, point to a real past moment, and say what a good answer includes, so follow-ups have a target. Use it to review a discussion guide before launch. - Follow-up depth set: 1 for context, 2 or 3 for core questions
- No adjectives that tell people what you think
- Structured only if you will count the answer
- A why follow-up after every rating or choice
- Options shuffled when they have no natural order
