Checklist
Contact us or a published price: five checks
Rules of thumb for reading your price test

Five checks to run against your interview and price test results before you publish a price or keep a contact form. They are rules of thumb from running this kind of test, not published thresholds. If most pass, publish. If the segments peak far apart, publish the low tiers and a from price for the high one.

What's in this checklist
- Most buyers could name a price they expected before you showed one
- Your top two segments peak at prices within about 1.5x of each other
- The reasons at each peak come from the buyer you want
- Lost deals never asked for a quote, or found it far above budget
- You can name what would make the highest price work, such as SSO
