A seven-step process for founders who run user interviews during an enterprise pilot. It runs from picking a template and writing the brief to inviting users with personal links and reading the report. Repeat it for each wave of the pilot. It is the setup flow in Koji.

  1. Start the study: Pick the Solution Validation template or paste a one-line brief.
  2. Shape the brief: Name the decision, the review date and the success numbers.
  3. Add structured questions: Two or three scales or choices you can compare across waves.
  4. Choose voice or text: Text for desk users, voice for busy sponsors.
  5. Set guardrails, preview: Say what the interviewer avoids, then test it yourself.
  6. Invite with personal links: Ask the sponsor to forward them. Track who has answered.
  7. Read the report: Themes, counts and the quotes behind each finding.
