Process
Interview your first 20 signups in a week
A six-step plan for founders with a small, stalled funnel

Six steps for a founder who has a few dozen signups and wants to know why most never reach value. It compares people who stalled with people who activated, keeps the interviews short, and ends with a count rather than a hunch. Use it as a checklist for a week of calls. Koji can send the invitations and run the interviews if you do not want to book them by hand.

What's in this process
- Pick one activation event: The single action that means they got value.
- Split the last 30 signups: Did the event, never came back, came back and got stuck.
- Invite within a week: Short, honest, ten minutes, no selling.
- Ask what happened: Before signup, the first session, then what came next.
- Tag the first five minutes: Note the first moment of hesitation, in their words.
- Count and decide: Tally each reason once per person, change one thing.
