A six-step, six-week plan for producing an original research report from interviews: pick a question buyers disagree about, write a guide that pairs structured questions with open follow-ups, recruit and screen, soft launch, field to 150 interviews, then write and publish with a method box. Built for content and product marketing teams without a research department. Koji runs the interviews and drafts the report.

What's in this process
- Week 1: choose the question: Pick a question your buyers argue about and draft both headlines you could publish.
- Week 1: write the guide: Five structured questions for the numbers, each followed by an open why.
- Week 2: recruit and screen: Panel, named professionals or your own list. Screen for role and set quotas per segment.
- Week 2: soft launch: Field about 10%, read 10 to 15 interviews and fix anything that confuses people.
- Weeks 3 to 4: field to 150: Release the rest and watch completes per segment and the quality scores.
- Weeks 5 to 6: write and publish: One headline, findings with quotes, a method box, then the launch.
