Process

Run a planning evidence sprint in Koji

Six steps from template to report

Process of six steps to run a quarterly planning evidence sprint in Koji: template, brief, questions, voice or text, links by group, and the report.
Six steps, from template to a report you can send.

Six steps for product managers who want customer evidence before quarterly planning: start from a template, shape the brief with guardrails, write mixed-type questions, choose voice or text, send personalised links to three customer groups, then read and share the report. It follows the current Koji flow.

What's in this process

  1. Start from the template: Pick Continuous Discovery Interviews, or paste your one-line brief.
  2. Shape the brief: Name the decision, add context files and set guardrails for unreleased work.
  3. Write the questions: Mix open, ranking, choice, scale and yes/no, with follow-ups.
  4. Choose voice or text: Preview the interview yourself first. A preview is not counted.
  5. Send links by group: Personalised links for requesters, the silent middle and lapsed accounts.
  6. Read and share the report: Themes with counts and quotes. Publish the link for your pre-wired exec.
