Checklist
Product-market fit research checklist

A six-question checklist for deciding whether a product-market fit investigation is finished. It asks for the share of active users who would be very disappointed, who those users are, the use case that drives attachment, what churned users switch to, what would move somewhat disappointed users up and what stops more users finding the core value. If any answer is missing, run more qualitative interviews, for example AI-moderated interviews in Koji.
