Checklist
Checklist for reporting qualitative theme counts
Six checks before a number on a theme goes in a slide

Six checks for reporting how many participants raised a theme without overclaiming. Count people rather than mentions, give the base, separate prompted from unprompted mentions, show the uncertainty, pair each count with a quote, and avoid comparing tiny segments. Use it when writing up interview findings for stakeholders.
