Reference table
How many resident evaluations a clinical teacher needs

A comparison of four validation studies of the System for Evaluation of Teaching Qualities (SETQ), showing how many resident evaluations each clinical teacher needs before their score is dependable, and at what reliability level. It is for postgraduate deans, programme directors and hospital education committees setting a minimum number of evaluations before releasing individual feedback. Koji can collect the ratings with a follow-up on each one, in each resident's language.
