Span check interview questions for teams and managers
Twelve interview questions HR can reuse to check how teams are managed after spans of control widen: seven for team members on access, clarity, development and who fills the gap, and five for managers on where their time goes and what would help. Use them in interviews rather than a survey so each answer gets a follow-up. They paste straight into Koji or any interview tool.
