Checklist
How to read a two-offer test with 20 customers
Count the picks, read the reasons, then confirm with a real send

Eight checks for reading the results when you showed two offers to about 20 customers. The count tells you whether the lead is clear, a lean or a tie, and the reasons tell you what to build on. The last two checks keep you honest: people overstate what they will buy, so send the winner to half your list and count real bookings. Koji reports the choice counts and the quotes behind them.
