Question bank
Questions for testing two offers with your customers
Ten questions to ask after each offer, then once for the choice

Ten plain questions a small business owner can ask when choosing between two versions of an offer. The first four go after each offer is shown, the next three compare the two, and the last three anchor the answers in what the customer really does today. Ask them in this order, and follow every answer with why. Koji can ask them as a text or voice interview with a picture of each offer attached.
