Research demand and AI use, Maze 2026 survey
Three headline figures from Maze's Future of User Research Report 2026, a survey of nearly 500 researchers, designers and product professionals: 69% use AI in at least some studies, 66% say demand for research grew in the past 12 months, and 22% say research is essential to strategy, up from 8%.
