Touchpoint 2: Technical Implementation (Week 2-4)

This survey assesses the technical setup experience and support quality.

Questions:

  • Scale (1-5): "How would you rate the technical implementation process so far?" (Very poor to Excellent)
  • Single choice: "How does the actual implementation timeline compare to what was promised?" (Ahead of schedule / On schedule / Slightly behind / Significantly behind / Don't know the original timeline)

Touchpoint 3: Training and Enablement (Week 3-6)

This survey measures whether users are gaining competence with the product.

  • Multiple choice: "Which user groups still need additional training or support? Select all that apply." (Administrators / Managers / Daily end users / Executive stakeholders / Technical/API users / All groups are well-trained / Not sure)
  • Scale (1-5): "How adequate is the self-service documentation and help resources?" (Very inadequate to More than adequate)
  • Open-ended: "What training gap, if addressed, would most accelerate your team's adoption of the product?"

Touchpoint 4: Go-Live / First Value (Week 4-8)

This is your most critical survey — measuring the moment of first value realization.

Touchpoint 5: 90-Day Check-In (Month 3)

This survey assesses sustained adoption and expanding value.
