Ten open questions for short calls with the users who would miss your product most. They are grouped by what you want to learn: what they did before, what the product does for them, the words they use to describe it, and what else they considered. Founders can use them to collect real phrasing for a headline and subhead, then check the rewrite with a five-second test.
