Pay transparency employee research process

Five steps for interviewing employees before and after you publish pay information

Process showing five steps of pay transparency research: scope job families, design questions, listen, brief managers, re-check.
Two waves, one before and one after you publish, tell you whether the message landed.

A five-step process for HR and rewards teams who want to learn how employees will read pay ranges or pay gap figures before they are published. It starts with scoping job families and ends with a second wave of interviews four to six weeks after publication. Koji can run both waves with the same questions.
