How to run a post-implementation review in Koji
Seven steps from the template to the steering committee deck

A seven-step process for business analysts running a post-implementation review with AI-moderated interviews in Koji. It starts from the Post-Implementation Review template, builds one study each for end users, sponsors and the delivery team, and ends with sorted gaps and a downloadable deck. Use it as the checklist for a review at day 60 to 90 after go-live.

What's in this process
- Start from the template: Filter the gallery to Business Analysts and open Post-Implementation Review, or paste the brief.
- Write the business case into the brief: Name the go-live date and the three to five benefits it promised.
- Make one study per lens: Build the end-user study, then duplicate it for sponsors and the delivery team.
- Add the structured questions: A 1 to 10 goal score, role and site, and a yes or no on work done outside the system.
- Set guardrails and privacy, then preview: Turn on removing personal details and run the interview as yourself.
- Invite each group, close in five days: Share the link in the project channel or email an audience with a reminder.
- Sort the gaps and download the deck: Give each gap an owner, then take the report as slides or a PDF to the steering committee.
