Weighted scoring model worked example

Table scoring three features against four weighted criteria, with weighted totals of 3.9 for Feature A, 3.8 for Feature B and 3.4 for Feature C.
Features A and B finish within a rounding error, so check the customer value scores.

A worked example of a weighted scoring model. Three features are scored from 1 to 5 against four weighted criteria: customer value, revenue impact, strategic fit and effort. Multiply each score by its weight and add the results to get the total. Use it as a template for your own decision matrix.
