Recruiting panel plus AI interviews: the workflow
A four-step workflow for teams that recruit participants on a panel such as Prolific and then need the interviews run and analysed. The panel finds and pays people, an interview link takes them into an AI-moderated conversation, and the report builds as interviews finish. It suits qualitative studies where recruiting is the cheap part and moderation and analysis take the time.

- Recruit your sample: Use Prolific, Respondent, User Interviews or another panel.
- Send an interview link: Share a Koji link, or import participants by CSV.
- Let the AI moderate: Adaptive follow-ups, plus a quality gate on each conversation.
- Read the live report: Themes, quotes and charts, ready to share the same day.
