The universal job map: eight steps of any job

The universal job map breaks any job a customer is trying to get done into eight steps, from defining the goal to concluding the job. Product and research teams use it to plan job mapping interviews and to spot the steps where people struggle most. It comes from Lance Bettencourt and Anthony Ulwick's 2008 Harvard Business Review article. Koji can run one interview question per step with set follow-ups.
