From interview snapshots to an opportunity solution tree
How weekly interviews turn into a shared map of customer needs
A five-step process for continuous discovery: run a story-based interview, fill in an interview snapshot the same day, keep a snapshot library, review across snapshots every couple of weeks, and add the opportunities that matter to your opportunity solution tree. It follows the approach Teresa Torres describes in Continuous Discovery Habits. Koji can run the interviews on an ongoing basis and give a per-interview summary to start each snapshot from.

- Build a snapshot library: File every snapshot in one place with consistent quick facts.
- Review across snapshots: Every couple of weeks, look for opportunities that keep coming up.
- Update the tree: Add the opportunities that matter for your outcome, grouped under parents.
